Quad Switchboards designs and manufactures a diverse range of custom-built switchboards, distribution boards, control panels, motor control centres and power factor correction equipment. We have the capability to manufacture switchboards with a capacity up to 3000A.
We have successfully tested to the rigorous requirements of AS/NZS61439. Our test achieved a 50KA/1 second rating, Form 4b separation and internal arc fault test – Appendix ZD. We also passed IP43, IP56 and IP66 protection requirements.
All functions including sheetmetal fabrication, painting and assembly are performed in our workshop.
We offer a choice of painted or powder-coated steel or a stainless steel switchboard.
Quad Switchboards has an in-house design and drafting team who are proficient in using AutoCAD.
Our highly experienced team can co-ordinate delivery and final positioning of switchboards on site, utilising our truck mounted crane.
