RMS Pacific Highway Upgrade

The $15 Billion Pacific Highway upgrade from Newcastle to the Queensland border to dual carriageway began in 1996. The final link from Woolgoolga to Ballina completed the 657 kilometre, 24 year project in December 2020.

The upgraded highway will provide safer, more reliable travel and improved transport efficiency while improving amenity for local communities.

Quad Switchboards was responsible for custom built aluminium switchboards for multiple stages of the Pacific Highway Upgrades as per RMS specifications.
